Moland and French, part II

It turns out convicted murderers Moland and French (see my previous post) were setting up to train mercenaries in DR Congo and had offered their services to a rebel leader and mass murderer with the charming nom de guerre "the butcher of Kisangani."

In the light of these new revelations, efforts to win domestic support here for diplomatic efforts to effect their release to Norway are not doing nearly as well as they were a few weeks ago.
