The Vegas over-under
Today, August 7, is the due date. As of 10 am local time, nothing has happened, and we have an appointment with our midwife at 1 pm.
So unless something happens very quickly here, the house will be paying out to those of you who went with "over" in the Vegas over-under line for Kiddo's arrival. A question for those of you who bet "under": have any of you EVER met me? What, precisely, made you think my kid would show up on time either?

I read several places that only 5% of babies arrive on their due date -- even though one of my friends was in that supposed 5%. I guess if your comment about "family genetics and punctuality" are correct then we should expect our baby to be here in Septemeber (ha!) Just kidding, Lee! :)
